We are watching about the how to start ads in web stories on WordPress Website by Google AdSense, This video also help in how to create ad unit on Google AdSense. when you go to web stories, you will see that 3 options 1. Google AdSense, 2.Google Ad manager , and last 3. MGID. so you can choose accordingly. but we will start with AdSense.
After select the AdSense you getting 2 thing to be enter 1. pub id and Slod id . This is important id after enter same, you can start the ads on web stories. for this go to google AdSense and Create ad unit and get same ids.
Follow the Steps: How to do
- Login the WordPress dashboard
Firstly go to the WordPress dashboard and enter the username and password. if you have not web Stories plugin so how to install the Web Stories plugin
- 2. Go to Web Stories Plugin
After this you go to the Web Stories plugin -> Setting. you can the all setting of Web Stories. after scroll down you will see the Monetization option. when you click on right side option you see the three option 1. Google AdSense 2. Ad manager 3. MGID

- 3. Check Pub-ID and Slod ID option
When We will select the Google AdSense, we get the two entry 1. Pub-id and 2. Slod id. This is important id for Google AdSense that run the Ads in web Stories and after enter the these id and save. so for Pub-id and Slod-id we will check in google AdSense.
- 4. Create the Web Stories Ads Unit In Google AdSense
Now we will will create the Ad unit in Google AdSense.
Go to the Google AdSense account and login with same id.
After that select Ads option on Dashboard in left hand side.
You will see the New window open, here we will create the Ad unit for Web Stories.
Enter the Web Stories Name on ad Unit Name like WS Ads and ads will be responsive with choose any format like (Square, Horizontal , and Vertical) and the create the Ad unit.
- 5. How to get the Pub-id and Slot-id
After creating the Ad Unit in Google AdSense for Web Stories, We will see the open in new window that is Ad Unit Code.
This is 2 types of code first is HTML and second is AMP. so will choose any code. basically we will get the only Pub-id and Slod-id. so we choose the HTML and In this code see the Pub-Id and Slot-Id. We will copy the both.
After the copy the both id, we enter the in 3rd steps, there the past the code and Save the settings.
